Upon successful verification, your business will be listed as a verified member for principal contractors and businesses who will consider your for exclusive project opportunities. You’ll also gain access to Deal Exchange, and our on-demand company reports designed help you to better facilitate smoother, more reliable partnerships.

Joining the Special Builders network as a verified member involves a straightforward fee structure designed to facilitate your seamless entry into our community of trusted construction professionals.

Joining Fee: £60 (one-time)
This initial fee covers the our initial evaluation and verification process, establishing your business as a verified member of our network.

Membership Fee: £40 (annual)

A minimal yearly charge ensures your membership remains active, allowing continuous access to our network and services. This fee supports the maintenance and updating of your verified status, ensuring ongoing compliance and visibility.

All fees are taken via direct debit for your convenience and are exclusive of VAT.

    The total cost for the first year is £120; this includes a £60+VAT joining fee and a £40+VAT fee for annual membership. If your business doesn’t achieve verified status, the annual membership fee is refunded, while the initial joining fee is non-refundable.

    Your verification is renewed annually to ensure all network members continue to meet our standards of trust and quality. The renewal process involves a simple review to confirm your ongoing compliance and operational status, covered by the annual £40+VAT annual membership fee.

  6. What happens if my business no longer meets the verification criteria?

    If your business can no longer meet our verification criteria, it will be removed from the network to maintain the quality standards our platform promises. We provide guidance on areas for improvement, and you’re welcome to reapply for verification once these have been addressed.
